Jump Stretch

A great way to prepare for the upcoming season by increasing the flexibility and endurance of each athlete.

Tone & Fit

Goals: Improve energy and flexibility while lowering body weight and cholesterol in a moderate intense group workout that combines cardio, respiratory and strength training activities. Ages 18 & up

Athletic Training

Goals: Improve flexibility, speed, vertical jump, lateral movement and endurance in a high intensity group workout. Results are measured monthly. Ages 10 and up

  • Everyone must first attend an orientation class
  • Fees: $25 per month, $40 per quarter, $65 per year
