Pre-Kindergarten

Our classes aim to develop fine and gross motor skills through structured play, art, gym and music activities. Language development activities stressed. Limited to 18 students. Ongoing registration.

Our teachers at Buhl Community Recreation Center realize each child is unique and learns at a different pace. Our qualified teachers focus on observations that will allow them to implement a variety of learning techniques such as auditory, verbal, visual and kinesthetic. Our curriculum offers a teacher guided fun hands learning environment. Your child will work on listening, physical development, socialization, peer interaction, sensory, and problem solving skills as well as the following areas:

Our Pre-K provides the child the necessary tools to prepare for Kindergarten in a positive setting. The Buhl Community Recreation Center’s objective is “Every child leaves the classroom feeling good about their selves”.
