Ab Attack
Strengthen and tone your abs with this 30 min classs. Challenge your abs with a variety of equipment including a hula hoop warm up. Six-pack abs here you come!
Ballet Fitness
Basic ballet, fitness and yoga movements modified for everyone to tone, shape and redefine their bodies.
Boot Camp
This workout will get you in shape with this easy-to-follow interval boot camp style workout. Weather permitting, classes may go outside! Every class is different.
BOSU
A challenging aerobic class for intermediate and advanced participants using the BOSU ball. This invigorating workout features plyometric lunges and airborne spins.
Cardio Groove
A fusion of dance moves you know and love with latin, pop, hip hop, and old school music. It’s a feel good workout that will tone and sculpt your body. No dance skills required just come in and have fun! I know you will LOVE this class!
Totally Toning
This half hour toning class will
change your entire body! A fluid sequence of upper body, lower body and ab exercises are done using various pieces of equipment as well as your own body weight. You will wish this class was a full hour
Hula Hoop / Gliding
Hooping trims your waist line, improves mobility, flexibility and coordination. Hula Hooping will help strengthen your abdominals and lower back with little joint pressure. Add in your choice of gliding or walking and burn calories, gain agility, balance and endurance for a fun fast workout
Group Cycling
Pedal to awesome music as we jog, sprint and climb hills in this high energy cardio class. Classes are modified for ALL fitness levels. Bring water and a towel – trust us your going to need it! Short on time join us for our 30 min express class.
Pilates
A conditioning mat workout class designed to stretch and strengthen your body. Pilates coordinates breathing and movement while you work against the resistance of your own body weight to improve your core strength. Stability balls, resistance bands, rings may be incorporated into this class designed for all fitness levels.
Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with dance moves and unique combinations from salsa, tango, flamenco and other international dance styles. Zumba allows participants to dance away their worries with a workout that is fun and easy to do.
