Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling is a low impact, non weight-bearing workout that is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

Intensity levels can be modified to accommodate everybody. Classes are filled on a first-come first-served basis. We ask that you pre-register in advance. If a class is full you can be placed on the Standby List and you will be notified if a space becomes available.

We ask that participants arrive five minutes before class is scheduled to begin or your seat can be forfeited to a person on the standby list.

Class Descriptions / Schedules

Morning Jump Start

Get your day started off right! This class will get your heart pumping and tone your gluteus, hamstrings, quads and calves while burning fat and building stamina. Instructed by Jen Thomas

Class Schedule

  • Monday: 6:00-7:00am
  • Wednesday:6:00-7:00am
  • Friday: 6:00-7:00am

PM Blast

This class offers a variety of drills, terrain and visualizations. It will strengthen your gluteus, hamstrings, quads and calves while burning fat and building stamina. Instructed by Jackie Stewart.

  • Monday 6:00 – 7:00pm
  • Tuesday: 5:30 – 6:30pm
  • Wednesday: 6:00 – 7:00pm
  • Thursday: 5:30 – 6:30pm

Super Saturday Start-Up

Fees

BCRC Members

  • $15 per month
  • $5 daily

Non-members

  • $30 per month
  • $8 daily

It is strongly recommended that participants bring a water bottle and towel. (these are also available at the BCRC front desk)
