Credits and Refunds
- Memberships are not refunded.
- If a medically verified illness prevents the member from using the facilities, the membership is held until the member can use the facilities or the membership may be transferred to another member.
- Participants canceling before first class will receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee.
- If a medically verified illness prevents class attendance and is reported during the class session, a pro-rated credit or a refund will be issued less a $10 processing fee.
- Credits or refunds for reasons other than medical are at the discretion of the Executive Director.
- There will be a class credit or refund if the class is cancelled or rescheduled by the BCRC.
