For Your Safety always get medical approval before participating in any fitness activity or program – including water exercise

Pool Regulations

  • Showers must be taken prior to entering the pool
  • Bathing suits are required
  • No flotation devices are permitted in the deep end
  • Balls and toys may be used in the shallow end with lifeguard approval
  • Swimmers using the diving board or using the deep end must be able to swim 2 widths of the pool
  • Diving board rules are posted near the board and must by followed
  • No jumping or diving from the sides including the shallow end
  • One long blast of the whistle – Clear the pool immediately
  • No roughhousing or unsafe swimming
  • No running on the pool deck or the diving board
  • No jumping or diving from the sides (includes the deep and shallow ends)
  • Ladders are for entering and leaving the pool – Do not play on or block the ladders
  • Profanity or ill-tempered behavior will not be tolerated
  • No food or glass containers
  • Children under grade 3 must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 16 for their direct and constant supervision
  • An adult or guardian must be within arm’s reach of any child who is considered a non-swimmer or a swimmer that requires a life jacket or water wings
  • Guests under 9th grade must be accompanied by an adult in the water
  • Wrap arounds must be in the water at all times for direct and constant supervision of their client
  • Pool etiquette dictates swimmers watch for and yield to other patrons sharing the pool
  • Pool etiquette dictates – No spitting or spouting water, No open sores
